Pros

There was a change in leadership April 1st. The "good owner" bought out the "bad owner." It's been great ever since then. One leader, one direction, and he truly care about the employees. Food, Games, Salary, Christmas Parties, Bonus Goals, Open Door. Personally - I have worked with many companies. This is the "cool" tech company atmosphere that I prefer. There are a lot of projects. I work with big companies to enable their mobility strategies which is fun for me. I don't feel like I do exactly the same thing every day. I've done projects for big retailers like Target, AIrlines like United, Logistics like USPS/FedEx. The list goes on and on. Busy but rewarding. I have also been able to work from home, shift my hours, and got an unexpected bonus for Christmas. I see very little turnover here. Once hired / people don't leave.

Kontras

I sometimes get very busy (too many projects at once). I have to put it extra hours from week to week depending on what is happening. The old owner. He was a nice enough guy but 2 leaders and 2 directions left too many people fighting in the middle. I think the old review are sour grapes and indicative the old culture.

Pros

Get to know your co-works personally. Lots of very good, hardworking and reliable people here. Really friendly and laid back atmosphere.

Kontras

Disorganization, confusion and miscommunication. Lots of items that get escalated to executive level get put by the wayside.

Pros

The people who are there to do the work, and that excludes executive team. Snacks and team building events.

Kontras

Delusional to think you'll be promoted for being a contributor. Think differently and you'll get released. You may know a lot or have common sense, but not enough for EMT to believe it. They'll move up someone with no industry experience before you'll get a pay raise. Covid is partly to blame, but for how long?
