Growing group of Industries. Working in a number of business line.

1. No practice of corporate culture at all. 2. Very back dated and very traditional HR policy. 3. No job securities. 4. Very bad practices of corporate politics. 5. All department head take the credits of their subordinates. 6. Subordinates contributions are always underestimated, not even appreciated. 7. Very poor increment policy no value of performance. 8. The rules and regulations of Dhaka office maintained as factory no flexibility at all. 9. Region based visible discrimination in terms of employee benefits & facilities. 10. NO SCOPE FOR SELF & EMPLOYEES DEVELOPMENT.

Pros

The team that I signed on for was really what have me incentive. We created the company culture upstairs, and it was all good while it lasted.

Some higher-ups (managers and such) tended to be a bit out of touch with what the market demanded, and would fall back on "safe" much of the time. That, and creating redundancies when they could be avoided.
