All department head take the credits of their subordinates. 6. Subordinates contributions are always underestimated, not even appreciated. 7. Very poor increment policy no value of performance. 8. The rules and regulations of Dhaka office maintained as factory no flexibility at all. 9. Region based visible discrimination in terms of employee benefits & facilities. 10. NO SCOPE FOR SELF & EMPLOYEES DEVELOPMENT.
