The team that I signed on for was really what have me incentive. We created the company culture upstairs, and it was all good while it lasted.
Kontras
Some higher-ups (managers and such) tended to be a bit out of touch with what the market demanded, and would fall back on "safe" much of the time. That, and creating redundancies when they could be avoided.
