This is the resounding word that describes IM. - IM wants to be global, but cannot make outer offices work. Chicago was the 3rd office shutdown by IM along with Paris and Germany. I’d be concerned if I was in their Singapore office. -IM going through an agency 2.0 transition with little to zero input or direction from executive management on how to make the transition work for teams actually responsible for executing.
