Echoing some of the previous review comments: Overly reactive on existing client demands and whims rather than mapping out business with a more internal and long term focus. Exec/Senior management has a strong bias towards Sales and Client Services. Internal facing departments like Optimisation & Operations are not sufficiently represented or considered at the top level. People management is very hit and miss. I had good and bad experiences here depending on the experience and personality of my manager at the time. Ultimately there was a "cover your back" culture. Imbalance of workload based on which client you work on, quantity and complexity. Succeeding on a client seems only to focus Exec attention elsewhere and so workload imbalance continues. Long term development limited by the companies specialism, "purely programmatic". This is understandable given that it is still a youngish medium. Company suits those who want to get involved with business development or sales long term but not so good for those that want to develop on the data or analytical side. There is a lack of experienced data analysts to facilitate this training.
