Trying to enable the disadvantaged get sustainable access to legislated rights

They need to treat volunteers better. They are not capable to do things themselves and if a volunteer tries to do this, they are frivolous, flippant, and overly critical. This goes down the organisation. Volunteering is thankless and insulting here.
There is no cons, this NGO is not doing any work. They are just faking the numbers. The people in the top hierarchy is taking major decision for their self and for faking the funders.

If you don't want to ruin your future, please don't join this organisation. All the CXO's fakes and people here just pretending to work, but never do any work. Mostly all people do moonlighting here.
