Flexible benefits program allows its employees to choose from a menu of benefit packages. Employee engagement was excellent for those based at home site. HR was accommodating.
Kontras
Not much visibility to upper management, particularly for consultants deployed to client sites. Slow career progression (more than two years to get to the next rung of the ladder). A lot of bench time for consultants who are offloaded by clients. Training was not scheduled properly.
