Pros
Indofood is the world's largest selling Instant Noodles company. Was able to capture a decent market share in Hyderabad and North Kerala in a very short time due to brand awareness of Indomie amongst non-resident Indians. The products are very very tasty and the Indomie brand is very strong worldwide.
Kontras
Since the product was not manufactured in India, importing problems made it impossible to grow beyond a point. Also Indofood did not have a legal set up in India which made operations very difiicult.
