There weren't really any cons

+ Fast growing company (even during Covid!) + Amazing, nice, smart coworkers + Collaborative work culture. Everyone is willing to help and teach you if you're interested in something + Great room for growth + Great product, especially if you're a data nerd + Company outing every few months Since it is a start up, everyone's voice is heard and you have the chance to influence the company and product. I started here with absolutely zero experience or knowledge of the tech space and have had the opportunity to learn and grow tremendously.

Working at any start up comes with its own struggles so it's important to love the start up mentality and culture. Odds are you'll be doing the job of multiple people at a large company, but that gives you the opportunity to learn and grow faster than you would at a larger company. Through Indicative, I've learned that I LOVE the start up life but it's not for everyone.
