1. No policies at all. Will create ad-hoc policy to benefit themselves and harass employees 2. Play with careers of the employee 3. No good salary 4. No projects 5. If company don't have projects then they will terminate employees ask them to leave immediately. 6. Salary not on time(no fix date), sometimes salaries are on hold due to lack of funds 7. Very less holidays 8. Bad appraisals 9. No on-time bonus 10. Partial nature towards few employees
