Never join this organisation. Even if you have TCS in hand go for it. I made this mistake and I am regretting the same. 1. First things first. There are no pros I will mention everything you need to know. The HR, the people there are very old fashioned. They will never listen to you. Everything is forceful even coming to office. 2. They mentioned hybrid model and said it's not compulsory to come everyday. Later on they forced the freshers to come everyday (5 days a week) 3. They will put you into projects during training period for 20k/month stipend. 4. No training at all. Not even a single training session. They say that there are less resources available. They won't spend money on anything for employee development. 5. They take project in which the employee don't know ABC of it. 6. No appraisal or even anything for employee motivation. They just want work to be done. Even if it's not done they will relocate someone else and this process continues untill they become helpless. 7. They have some products. But 80% is service based only. I request you guys to never join this organisation. Especially freshers please stay away. You will regret it forever.

Here I will mention the pathetic situation I came across: 1. No laptops. They will make you work on your own laptop. 2. In the offer letter they mentioned 3 months training. They gave 0 days training. 3. No proper management. They don't even know if you have worked well on a project or not. 4. Everyone is leaving they are having a high attrition rate. 5. The policies are so very frustrating. The HRs are helpless also because the CEO is the one who decides everything. 6. Not at all employee friendly. 7. Joining for freshers will get delayed just because they don't have requirment. 8. Worst thing is 20k/month training for them implies working in client projects. Which company will do this to freshers. 9. No recognition for anything 10. Most important false promises:- they say that they will give 50k for Inkathon and they will give nothing. 11. Bonus and variable pay is added into the CTC to create a greater hype. You won't get anything such as bonus because it's "bonus as a bond" where they won't mention it in the beginning.
