Pros
- a great variety of tasks (research, exec search, bid writing, data analysis, events, campaigns, audits) etc
- good work life balance, you need to put in the hours to do well but generally better than most firms
- okay degree of autonomy, little micromangement
- some fine colleagues, although that's started to change lately
- the culture used to be fine, but that's changing too
Kontras
- very cheap, no budget to work with, pinching pennies comes first no matter what which often impacts the projects negatively
- hard work, good timekeeping, focus on results are severly undervalued which causes people to move on
- pay is on the low side, no rewards or benefits
- expenses take forever to reimburse, often leaving people paying out of pocket when they should not
- too much babble and banter in the office, some is fine of course but generally it's way, way too much
- lately the company started to get infiltrated by poorly performing, mostly junior workers who don't listen to instructions, are late, take extended breaks and generally do no good, this has caused several people to leave
- promotion based on seniority more than merit
