      Pros

      Working with Includovate comes with many advantages. One gets to join a global workforce of highly committed individuals working for social justice and equality, with the overarching aim of 'decolonising research' by building strong research communities in low and middle income countries. The firm's senior leadership and executive consistently seek and welcome feedback on ways in which operations and efficiency can be further strengthened, whilst also giving strong emphasis to the importance of staff wellbeing. Colleagues are wonderful, hard working and passionate.

      As with any young social enterprise, the workload can be uneven and at times very high, but overall the experience of working here is fulfilling.

      I recently had the pleasure of working with Includovate, and I must say that their professionalism has truly exceeded my expectations.
