Employees are expected to keep up with frequent changes while prioritizing contract clients and patient satisfaction, often at the expense of employee well-being. Very stressful and overwhelming experience! There is little work-life balance they will add you to Evening and weekend shifts even if you were hired mon-fri. Overall, employees feel undervalued, overworked, and unsupported. TERRIBLE EMPLOYER
