Regardless of your experience, they treat a new starter (even if they'd previously worked for them!) so poorly. To me, it felt like, as long as you were producing the units, they didn't really care for you reaching out in the community to build a local awareness and hopefully drum up more business. It was not about the experience, it was all about the transaction.
