didn't have to worry what to wear as we were given a uniform similar to that of a leisure centre, it was close to my home, offered parking, access to a variety of new software, able to build rapport with clients as accounts were allocated. We were given pizza once a year, the day we voted on how we felt about the company.

Poor facilities, very low salaries, higher earners received significantly higher percentages of their higher salaries as bonus, no bonus paid for full years service if notice handed in before bonus had been paid, no bonus paid for low number of sick days (including probation period for which bonus was not paid), forced calls, incompetent team leaders, complete inability to retain staff.
