limited growth and many fix, refactor projects. Terrible product management. it seems that few people from the Philippines want to stand out so much that they literally don't care about what you do in this part of the world; they ignore your messages/emails. When they show up, it is to request things or tell you they already did something better (not quite the case), and when there is an achievement in the project, they will happily take the credit for their "excellent" leadership.
