Inceptua suffers from some of the worst senior management I have encountered. Leadership is cowardly, emotionally unintelligent, and completely disconnected from the lived reality of employees. There is no genuine concern for staff wellbeing or mental health only hollow corporate slogans and performative “values” that mean nothing in practice. The company structure is fundamentally broken. Roles and responsibilities are unclear, accountability is selective, and decisions are made behind closed doors with no transparency. Problems are ignored rather than resolved, and senior leadership consistently avoids difficult conversations unless it directly benefits them. I personally witnessed an individual who was still in a Project Coordinator role abusing their position and influence, undermining colleagues, spreading misinformation, and deliberately targeting a new employee. This behaviour was known, yet instead of being challenged or addressed, it was effectively rewarded with a promotion to Project Manager. Prior to and after this promotion, they actively worked to push a new employee out of the company, making up lies, damaging their reputation, and sabotaging their work. Management either enabled this behaviour or lacked the courage to intervene both are equally unacceptable. This highlights the wider culture at Inceptua: bullying is tolerated, favouritism is rife, and unethical behaviour is overlooked as long as it comes from the “right” people. If you are not part of the inner circle, you will be isolated, undermined, and eventually pushed out. There is a pervasive atmosphere of fear, blame, and passive aggression. Feedback only flows downward. Legitimate concerns raised by employees are dismissed, minimised, or quietly buried. HR exists to protect senior management and the company, not the people doing the work. Mental health and wellbeing are used as buzzwords, but when employees actually struggle, they are left unsupported. If you value fairness, integrity, psychological safety, or competent leadership, avoid this company.
