Office time should have exact 8 hours

Good food, better management, discipline inside the plant. Employees try to poke their nose into other employee's business but still i would say the environment is far better than many pharmaceuticals in Bangladesh

Work hard with limited man power, Overtime almost every week. HR will always be on your neck. No talking over phone. A lot of works to do within limited time.
