Pros

Good investment in training and development - if your face fits

Kontras

Company still run like a small business, despite management structure one or two people make the decisions and ultimately people with 'director' in their job title are not allowed to direct anything. Try to run with the big boys but ultimately too unprofessional and clunky to succeed. No investment in or value placed on back of office functions, everything run on bare minimum levels and with no customer service (customers being the employees) ethos.

Pros

- Working within a diverse, friendly and committed team - Driven to provide excellent customer service (proud of what we do)

Kontras

- Do not provide enough time for training in different job areas - Zero-hour contracts - for me being a student I liked this for the flexibility, but others wanting regular work and money coming in felt disappointed with the hours they were receiving
