Incedo has the biggest issue in the US Talent Acquisition team is Satya Sripda. It’s baffling how Incedo’s management hired someone like him. He lacks the qualities of a good leader and seems to favor working exclusively with female employees. He sends gifts from the US to them, assigns all open positions to females, and is constantly on the phone with his favorite female team members, except during business calls. Satya shares all job, client, and business insights only with his preferred female employee, showing a clear disregard for male employees. He exploits male employees, uses inappropriate language during meetings, and consistently degrades the male staff he dislikes. He allegedly takes commissions from third-party vendors on placements and prioritizes candidates forwarded by his favorite vendors, making only a few exceptions to maintain a semblance of balance. He surrounds himself with people who constantly praise him and agree with everything he says. He believes he knows everything and is always right. Those who don’t conform to his ways or fall out of his favor are fired. His insecurity drives him to keep his favorite people close, creating a toxic work environment. It’s perplexing how someone like him was hired in the first place. If a person like this is promoted within a company, it suggests that those above him share similar traits. This implies that the entire upper management operates in the same manner. Incedo only promote & give good appraisal who are licking their boss.
