Pros
- If you are joining from outside they give pay above the market standards - Salary breakup will be good (have provision to claim tax exemption for certain components) I can think of only one pros
Kontras
- Less project, so if project closed you will be asked to resign in a month time - WFH not available in many project. Check the project you are joining - If you are in Telecom domain its hire and fire policy. If you are looking for Lead or higher role then my advice is not to join. In offer letter the designation will be whatever you are asking, but the actual role you will be doing is "Senior Developer" which is not good for career growth down the line if you are planning to switch over to a different company
