When they ask what they can do to imprive the situation they just get exasperated raise the voice and the ignore you, a bad experience in generall,

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.
