Wrong choice I made advise you not to choose - Senior Technical Lead bei Incedo: Mitarbeiterbewertung

1. To much of politics. 2. They hired employee with 2 months of notice period and now just by sending mail on Jan 2020 they informated with immediate effect everyone notice period is 3 months. This is not ethical at all. 3. Managers have their favorite and if you are not in that list you are in trouble. 4. No manners of speaking and sending mails. 5. Forget about professionalism. 6. Not very good HR policies. 7. Very less clients. 8. Our variable pay is not paid till now and we had informed that no performance review will.be done this year. Now they are giving first installment of variable pay but put performance review in picture. Hence can't trust the company and the management.
