IFT value work-life balance, with early finishes at 1 PM on Fridays and monthly team-building games. Employees are treated with professionalism and fairness. The leadership team is understanding and does not make anyone feel guilty for needing to leave early or start later due to unforeseen circumstances. Each project is unique, which keeps you stimulated and engaged, rather than delivering the same cookie-cutter product to every client. Senior team members trust you with autonomy and welcome your suggestions on what is best for the client. Fully remote working and the ability to work from wherever you like.
