Pros
Team Camaraderie: The colleagues I’ve worked with (apart from management) have been great — friendly, helpful, and supportive. The interpersonal dynamics among peers are the best part of the job. Flexibility & Benefits: There is some flexibility with work hours (usually around an hour up or down), and the company offers health benefits. Work-from-home is allowed in emergency cases.
Kontras
Lack of Learning & Creativity: Unfortunately, there’s little to no focus on learning, skill development, or creative freedom. The work is often repetitive and lacks innovation. Toxic Culture: The work culture often feels fake and at times, toxic — shaped to serve appearances rather than employee growth or well-being. Problematic Management: One of the more frustrating aspects is the management. The leadership appears to be built on nepotism (the company is managed by a husband and wife duo), which often leads to blame games, misplaced accountability, and incompetent handling of client expectations — with the stress falling on developers. Poor Recognition & Compensation: Salaries are on the lower end of the market, and employee efforts typically go unnoticed or unappreciated.
