Pros
Overall my experience at Inari has been good. No company is perfect, and Inari is no exception. I find it interesting that several people mention that it's difficult to get promotions...some of those employees were at Inari for only 1-2 years. Expectations for promotions at any company needs to be realistic, and it may take several years to advance. I have worked with some great people in other companies, however I find that the people at Inari are exceptionally top-notch. Some of the reviews have mentioned poor leadership, but that has not been my experience. Inari is a young company, and could still be called a start-up. It is going to be disruptive, and change is inevitable. That's what I enjoy about it. If you want consistency and status quo, maybe look for a job somewhere else. Benefits are very good, and comparable to other companies I have worked at. Overall Inari has been a great place to work.
Kontras
Inari has been rapidly growing, and there are growing pains associated with this. As mentioned, change is inevitable, and may be uncomfortable for some. Rapid growth in certain areas has revealed gaps in some procedures, but these are addressed as they arise.
