I think that this company started to go downhill long before COVID, but COVID has just amplified all of InVision's faults, which are too numerous to list. If you're coming from a company with a competent HR department, I think that you'll probably be very disappointed here. InVision seems to settle for average in every way. I think that the creative output is often pretty meh. They’ve unfortunately lost who I consider to be some of their best talent over the last couple of years. And people who have been at this company forever seem to be immune to criticism or reprimand. The vibe can be very cliquey... kind of like the worst parts of High School merged together. I would seriously pass on this company if I were you.
