My experience with Intouch was extremely disappointing due to poor communication and a lack of transparency throughout the onboarding process.
I repeatedly provided my availability and asked for clarification regarding the start date, contract timeline, and next steps. Despite multiple follow ups, my questions were never clearly answered, and important information was either delayed or not acknowledged at all.
As a result, I was left trying to make scheduling decisions without the information needed to do so. Ultimately, I was denied the opportunity, despite my efforts to proactively communicate and move the process forward.
I understand that hiring decisions do not always work out, but I expect professionalism, clear communication, and timely responses, especially when candidates are being asked to commit their availability. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Intouch, and I would encourage the company to improve its communication and support processes for future applicants.
