Small Company - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei InSync PLUS: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Most of the company work well together but there are a few people who are just unhappy. Except for those few we work really well together. I can't help but wonder if those negative comments are from people who were never on board because my experiences have been different. We work hard and create great art. There are negatives but I always felt it was due to the size of the company not the people.
