I love the people I work with here, our physicians, nurses, therapists, and support team are some of the most passionate and dedicated people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. It feels like we're truly making an incredible difference in the lives of the patients and children that we work with. I also love our use of technology, our collaborative teams, and supportive structure. This does not feel like a "punch down" healthcare environment. Management welcomes feedback and makes adjustments based on the feedback. I'm excited to work and grow at Insite.

I’ve been at Insite Health for a while now, and I can honestly say it has become a fantastic place to work. Things were a little rocky at the start, but the company has made real improvements by bringing in new team members and adding more structure. What stands out the most is how much people genuinely care—not just about the work, but about each other and the mission of expanding access to behavioral health.
