Very few pros. They have got some good team members who are hardworking and dedicated.

Employees are treated badly. Salaries not paid for months. Notice period creates a major issue for the employees. They make employees work for them by stopping their salaries. The senior management is pretty ordinary. The founder is a bad salesperson with very little knowledge of how to run an organization who thinks writing articles would make him the Steve Jobs of India.
