Pros
- company perks are pretty good (free alcohol every two weeks, alright medical coverage, corporate gym membership,) - some cool people you can work with - they are developing a learning program (i.e. expense budget)
Kontras
- Salt Lake City is the headquartered city, they treat all other offices as satellite offices. - Communication is terrible at this company. They are not people managers, senior C level "leaders" communicate one thing and don't follow through. - They have recently restructured this year, so morale is low. Every time they say it's over someone else gets laid off a little while later - The UK office is a strange entity, they are not on the ball for anything. - The system is very buggy and flawed, there are constant system errors happening almost on a weekly basis, which can be pretty severe at times for clients. - Our product team is terrible. Almost no communication to other offices about updates or timelines for development, which can make you look bad in front of clients. - The product is poorly thought through, constant revision and bug fixes need to be put in place for almost every release. - There is no trust at all with senior mgmt. The main thing is that there is no communication from any leaders at all. There doesn't seem to be any company direction. It could be a great company, but there are so many issues it feels like death from a 1,000 cuts.
