Life at Inmod - Customer Service bei InMod: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I've been employed by Inmod for almost 3 years, and I can say that this is by far the best job I've ever had! The work environment is fast-paced, and each day you learn something new. I never find that I am "bored" or sick of the day-to-day desk job, because every day is different. There is always something productive to do, so the day goes by fairly quickly, even after being here for a few years. But most importantly, the office environment is small and close-knit. If you want your co-workers to become like your second family, then this is the place for you! I look forward to coming to work each day, and it is my lovely team of co-workers that makes me want to put forth my best efforts at any given task.

At times there can be a lot of work to juggle each day - I wouldn't necessarily call this a "con," but it requires you to be strict with your time management skills at all times. This job requires someone who is good at pacing themselves at a productive level, without being prompted by others.

The employees I worked with were very easy to get along with and very supportive. They are also generally very hardworking people and very dedicated to their jobs, If the employees ran the company, I would highly recommend working for them. Too bad they don't.

The owners are very greedy and will cut corners whenever possible. They are also very unprofessional. I don't mind the occasional inappropriate joke, but they push it way too far with comments (some half joking, some very serious). They are also very unappreciative of hardworking people. Leave on time and you will get a condescending lecture. Stay an extra 15-20 minutes each day and you won't get so much as a thank you. As far as the merchandise goes, it is mostly cheaply made and customers are consistently dissatisfied. The girls in customer service are always getting yelled at because they are supposed to stand behind products they haven't even seen in person. Very hard to maintain a positive attitude here when you are just getting yelled at by customers and management.
