Get to work with good people, and management are personable and approachable, always make sure you got your breaks. As I was on a zero hours contract, I was able to be very flexible with my shifts and when I was and wasn't able to work.

As mentioned, I was on a zero hour contract, which worked perfectly for me at the time but there isn't enough for anyone looking for full time hours. Shifts can also change last minute and frequency of work varies across the year. Work can also be physically draining, especially if working long hours during festivals. Overall however, these are just cons to working in the events/hospitality industry and not anything specific to the company.
