Pros

Diversity, if you're into that kind of thing.

Kontras

I work closely with leadership. Worst company I've ever worked at. Can't say what title I have, because they WILL retaliate against me. Clients: Run for the hills and don't give them a single contract. They entice you with a low bid and then can't fill positions. They will actively lie to you and sell you products they don't have. When they don't get a contract, they will turn around and tell everyone "We didn't want it anyway." Candidates: Hold out for a better recruitment company. They'll either leave you hanging, or they will completely low-ball you on pay. I know waiting sucks, but it'll be better for you. Future Employees: Expect a dysfunctional company that is not publicly owned, so leadership enjoys changing process without saying anything, and backstabbing you. Don't be lulled by pay/bonus structure, they'll be nice the first quarter then will find ways not to pay out. No flexibility, benefits are terrible, vacation time is two weeks a year, and they will fire you if you need extra time off.

An environment that fosters collaboration and growth. There are many different positrons and opportunities within the company.

Kontras

Not any I can think of. InGenesis is a wondeful company.

Pros

I was hired for one role 🎯 but required from day one to perform full Program Manager duties for a major healthcare client — managing 145 contingent workers across 31 clinics 🏥 — without proper pay 💸 or title adjustment. Despite repeated requests, compensation never changed. Final pay was issued late ⏰ and improperly, only corrected after multiple wires (with fees 💰), in violation of California wage law. I was also required to complete unpaid compliance training before my start date 📚 — another violation. ⚠️ Compliance concerns: Clinical staff concerns of testing and compliance with annual trainings 📑. Even worse, I was asked to hide certain operational shortcomings from the client — a red flag for integrity and transparency.

Kontras

👔 Management: Leadership lacks any professional MSP experience. Most have been with the company 10+ years 🔒 but with no outside perspective. There are no SOPs, no process maps, and the systems are outdated 🖥️📎. The culture is reactive and disorganized — they couldn’t manage themselves out of a paper bag. 👜 When I raised concerns, leadership ignored me 🙈 and then terminated my employment. My experience reflects a company that cuts corners ✂️, fails to support employees, and exposes clients to liability ⚖️.
