I've been at InFlight for over a year and the experience has been one of the most rewarding of my career. Anytime you're enjoying work, you can usually look around and find great people. InFlight is full of A-players that are great at their jobs and fun to hang out with. Couple that with a great product that only gets more interesting as it matures, and you have a recipe for a truly satisfying place to work. I also love the freedom to work remotely; yet have plenty of work events to get hang time with the team.

If with people remotely or fast-paced juggling of priorities and tasks aren't your thing, then I'd try someplace else. The team is still small so be prepared to contribute in lots of ways.
