      small startup that lets you do many hands on stuff

      Since the team size is so small, you get overworked easily, and there's no compensation for overtime works. Also, the salary is very low.

      Pros

      This is a very well-run SME, with an excellent CEO who has a clear vision. Engineering team is top-notch, and ideas are encouraged and celebrated. The company is on an excellent growth trajectory; I hope to be here a very long time. Having worked for other startups, I've seen the problems that can come with poor leadership or a lack of technical understanding at the CEO level. This place does things right, and for the right reasons.
