White supremacy is everywhere in this company. If you are not from America, you are going to experience ethic violation, racism and longer working hours. The HR and Finance is also incompetent. Late or wrong payments, weak systems and poor ethics. Product was fired, Marketing was "replaced" with someone cheaper and incompetent. Their Engineering team is a team of developers are not competent people who do not even speak proper English. I find myself directing and leading them even when I am not their manager. HR & Finance is just a mouthpiece for your manager. They will not defend you if your manager is bad and you are in the right. No career development or promotions. Just more work and your manager takes the credit, not you. When they are in need for money or going for funding, they will sack you even if you are the high-performing one. I have seen this first hand. Please join somewhere else. The pay is not that great either.
