Been trying to think of some and can’t really
Kontras
Core product issues, constant turnover, weird behavior Some good people, but by far the worst company I’ve ever worked for. The organization is fundamentally broken. You’ll have no tools, no support, and unrealistic expectations set by leadership that is either burned-out or unqualified. They make constant reactive personnel changes to “see what sticks,” and then express confusion or blame employees when their own decisions don’t work out. Workloads are excessive, resources are nonexistent, and chaos is the norm. Even high performers receive no recognition, and surviving repeated layoffs only leads to more work with no path to raises or promotion. The company has no clear growth strategy, no understanding of its own stage, and no interest in developing employees. Customers regularly deal with the fallout of internal dysfunction. This applies across nearly every department. Finally, the core product has consistent issues and does not perform at the level customers expect. If you’re considering joining: don’t.
