      There are many AWESOME BCBAs, paid holidays, easy access and high quality softwares, nice clinic.

      the pay is limited, and I witnessed a 2 year raise be .25 which made me sad. I also wish that there was more training over clients for coverage sessions, I felt very thrown in at times.

      The kids are so sweet and the bcbas try their best.

      Management is horrible. Your clients will be charged constantly and the kids progress is never a thought. There is minimal coverage available when clients cancel. The center is a mess and they cannot keep a center director. This leaves rbts with no assistance other than the bcbas. It feels like the Wild West.
