Pros
Only join if ur a fresher and desperate. You can learn something (which on a second taught is useless ) for 1 year max. After which it's redundant. Compensation is comparatively better only if ur a fresher. QA team is good. However development team especially C++ team is extremely bad. You will be able to survive anything after working in this company.

They compare freshers with someone with 10 years of experience. They have unrealistic expectations. The work is mainly bug fixing and once in 3 months new implementation. The senior management and HR are very unprofessional and I suspect they have written some of the Glassdoor review. If ur a boy then it will be very difficult for you to stay for more than 3 months. I know many employees who have resigned within months. No proper training. They give u some pdf and expect you to learn from it. If you make even a small mistake then your dead meat. They demean you so much that you losse your self confidence. You start feeling worthless. For the ones who went through it, it's the company and not you. They think they are running Google. Long hours of working and sometimes exceeding even 12 hrs per day. No work life balance. No office culture. Even after working there I have no idea what that product does and who in uses it.
