Pros

1. As a techie you get immense freedom to work on what you like? 2. Good team esp on BPM, SOA 3. Growth prospect looks good. 4. Company's presence is growing and show are deals. 5. Companies focus on emerging market is commendable.

Kontras

Most if the roles are High end consulting roles which means being on your toes all the time. Picks up good project against the big 5 tech consulting firms but winning against Indian IT companies on low end IT work is not that high.

They give you onsite opportunity, Lot of work for begnieer , if you are a lazy employee not good for you, good to learn etc.

Kontras

Middle Level management sucks, they can make false promise and the top management dosent know even, so better get things documented.
