Join this company only if you can afford to have a dark spot on your career. They tempt the talented lot to come and work with them by making fake commitments. Every word they say while hiring you is a big white lie. 1. No job security, any day you will be kicked out even if you are good at your job 2. No increments or other benefits travel, leave other allowances 3. They are not even honest with processing the benefits to the employee even f client wants to give it to the employee 4. No one listens, Manager, Senior Manager, CTO, CEO - they think they are too big a thingy to even speak with an employee Basically its a sham in the name of organization.
