Pros
Fun environment in downtown Oklahoma City. Very busy during basketball season, and weekends were great for making money. The restaurant closed at a reasonable hour, so no one was ever stuck at work until 3 in the morning, like many restaurants downtown. Closed on Sundays, unless there was a Thunder game, and the restaurant was only open for a few hours. Easy money.

Management turnover was an issue for a while. Some nights were very busy and exhausting, and employees were overwhelmed when the staff was short. There was not a lot of structure, which can be fun, but it can also make things difficult.
