      Lots of issues 1. No flexible time, just like going to school 2. No salary on time and salary also deduct without any reason 3. No management support and manager are not supportive 4. Hr policy is horrible and helpless 5. 3 months notice period 6. Less salary in market conditions 7. Extra pressures and Lots of politics 8. Old technology work and not new to learn

      Pros

      you can get away with murder as long as it looks like your working. Very relaxed policy regarding getting time off. All you have to do is ask. coworkers who are your peers make this job bearable.

      Kontras

      No room for advancement unless you suck up to the owners. Random and backdated policy changes mean you lose out on vacation time owed to you. No positive feedback. The only feedback that you receive is when you have screwed up.
