Pros
Company culture was pretty good. Beer at Work day was fun, once a month lunch was catered, plenty of moral boosting events. No dress code, location is good. Pay was OK, on the low side if you're in Operations group. Managers were very blue collar, but very helpful if you need support.
Kontras
It's a growing company, there are some VERY large pain points within operations. Butts in seats 5 days a week, that is non-negotiable. Brand new ERP system was implemented in July 2023, and is still barely functional as of May 2024. If you don't enjoy company politics, I would stay away. Its a very much "upstairs vs downstairs (operations)" mentality. Again, pay was on the low end for anyone in operations, and doesn't support Fort Collin's cost of living.
