If you are not a favorite, you have no future. They punish people who ask questions and raise concerns and reward people who avoid conflict at all costs. The executive team has been there for over a decade, and they protect each other at all cost. They are not open to feedback or new ideas, and they will blame management for every problem. There is no accountability for bad behavior at the executive level. The most talented people leave after two years because there is nowhere to go and nowhere to grow.
