The most toxic company I have ever worked for. Poor training. The toxicity runs all the way through and is openly promoted. Whenever a member of staff is not present then they are not immune from the onslaught. A member of staff was off on bereavement leave and it was disgusting how they were spoken about, if your face doesn’t fit then they are vile to you.
Don’t be a parent and work there as there is no regard for any eventualities that could occur from being a parent.
