Amazing company striving for "more good days"

There were no cons to working there

I joined ImmunoGen about six months ago and feel so fortunate each time I walk in the door to work. The culture is amazing, but most of all the people I am working with are super smart and it feels like a big family. The company provides a wonderful work-life balance, and management is very supportive of individual goals. The benefits are absolutely amazing - cost is 100% paid by the company. They also provide other perks, like a week to work from home when I got my puppy! The best part is we are helping people with cancer, and I have been personally touched by cancer in my family, so this is very personal to me as well. I have worked at another biotech, and the culture was very different. Happy to be part of this.

No cons. I made an excellent career choice and am so fortunate to be part of this team.
